What customers say?

“ After a few weeks awaiting Bafang to open Me & my family came to check out their dumplings and noodles. The restaurant is spacious, easy to pick out yummy selections from their menu. Such a variety of dumplings we ended up getting their 4 flavor pack which came with pork and corn, pork and kimchee, pork and leek, & chicken and leek. We also got their Pork chop and noodle combo which came with their lemon black tea which was quite refreshing. Everything tastes really good in Taiwanese style dumplings here at Bafang Dumpling. You can get. your own black vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic sauces for dipping at the sauce bar. You can also order their signature dumplings in frozen bags to take home. The restaurant is clean, organized, & good service. I'll be back to check out more items on the menu. ”

“ Decided to give it a try since it's new. Easy menu on display. Ordered the combo. Staff is friendly. Restaurant is nice, bright and clean with plenty of seating. Food came in about 5min. Packaging is the same whether you dine-in or take-out. Some condiments by the side (chilli sauce, garlic sauce etc). Overall, nothing to shout about. Just ok if you want some variety from the other asian offerings around the area. Perhaps their beef noodle or pork chop might be nicer. Will try again ”

“ Excited for the new Torrance store! Grand opening 4/19/24, and soft opening now (4/14) with limited hours. This is the most popular dumpling chain in Taiwan, more stores than DTF. It’s not the sit down DTF with one hour wait, but it’s designed as a quick in and out lunch or dinner place with delicious dumplings, noodles, and highly recommended pork chops. We got the #8 combo plus beef noodle soup (soup snd noodles packed separately for to-go orders) and a couple of appetizers, the price is not cheap but reasonable in today’s standards. Service was prompt and friendly. The seating areas are clean. ”

“ Been hyped to check this resto out since it’s the first time we’ve heard about it and now they’ve marketed very well that they are opening a new branch near us! Though looking like a fast food setting the food are very much made as you order, which is great, cause potstickers and dumplings should be eaten quite fresh. We ordered their main one’s which are the fried potstickers, Dumplings (with 3 diff flavors, 4 pieces each), and their drunken noodle (best way I can describe it since it’s not a soup noodle). Tastes were great and the different flavors offered (outside of the classic ones) were very great choices, there were kimchi and corn on the other. All tasted great alone and with sauce! It’s quite heavy too despite the appearances. Will definitely go back again to try their other stuff! ”

“ Good food and very accessible prices. The dumplins are very good and one of my son's favorite. Enough parking spaces and very friendly staff. Enjoy your visit! ”

“ I tried the fried pork and noodles. It was good but not great. Pork was a little slimy. I’m not sure the style of Taiwanese food and the preparation. For me I didn’t like it because I would of liked more of a crisp to it. The boba could have been better in taste- bland, but then again it is not a place of specialized boba drinks. I’ve tasted different types of corn chowder and this one was not my favorite. It had a strong chicken stock taste to it. Service was fast and staff was friendly. I appreciated that. Thank you ”

“ Pretty good Taiwanese chain place for dumplings and potstickers. Their combos give you a lot of choices and variety for potstickers, dumplings, and noodles. Their corn chowder and hot and sour soup is very soothing and homely. the potstickers and dumplings are very good and the garlic, soy and other sauces are easy to grab and access. The service is a tad bit slow and you bus your own table. ”

“ We got the signature dumplings, Taiwanese beef noodle soup, kimchi & pork dumplings, and a fried pork chop, plus an oolong milk tea. Everything was great! Very flavorful without being overly salty. Authentic taste, quality items. We'll return to try the signature potstickers and the Bafang noodles. ”
